Order Processing Time

Orders typically take between 2-7 business days to process before shipping.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

- Shipping rates within the US are $20 flat per order.
- Shipping rates to Canada range from 35 to 65 CAD.
- Delivery estimates will vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a UPS code with tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

We currently ship to Canada, the US, and Mexico.

International Shipping

Shipping to Canada is available with rates ranging from 35 to 65 dollars.

Shipping Partners

We use UPS as our shipping partner for reliable and efficient delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your safety vest at sales@heliteus.com.

We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes within 3 days of receipt. Please note that CO2 canisters are not returnable or exchangeable.

All returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, including all parts, accessories, and instructions.

Shipping costs, including freight, service charges, hazardous charges, oversize fees, and drop ship fees, are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer/retailer.
