“The boy, the mole, the fox and the horse” wins the Oscar for the best short film 2023
The animated short film, directed by Peter Baynton and based on the graphic novel by Charlie Mackesy, has won the Oscar for Best Animated Short Film 2023. An award that comes in addition to the BAFTA for best animated short film won last February.
The film world is unanimous. The American animated short film “The child, the mole, the fox and the horse”, released on December 25th on Apple TV+, won the Oscar for the best animated short film 2023, during the ceremony that took place this Monday, March 13th. It had already been awarded on February 19 the BAFTA (British Academy Film Awards) for best animated short film. A few days later, on February 25, the film was awarded four Annie Awards (ceremony that rewards animated films.)
