Thank you for choosing Helite US! Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process orders and handle shipping.

Order Processing Time

Orders typically take between 2-7 business days to process before shipping.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

– Shipping rates within the US are $20 flat per order.
– Shipping rates to Canada range from 35 to 65 CAD.
– Delivery estimates will vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a UPS code with tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to Canada, the US, and Mexico.

International Shipping

Shipping to Canada is available with rates ranging from 35 to 65 dollars.

Shipping Partners

We use UPS as our shipping partner for reliable and efficient delivery.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 3 days of receiving your safety vest at [email protected].

We offer exchanges for incorrect sizes within 3 days of receipt. Please note that CO2 canisters are not returnable or exchangeable.

All returned products must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, including all parts, accessories, and instructions.

Shipping costs, including freight, service charges, hazardous charges, oversize fees, and drop ship fees, are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer/retailer.

OUR RETURN POLICY

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied with the size, please contact customer service within 3 days of receiving your safety vest, and we will replace it with correct size. There are no refunds just an exchange within 3 days.

CO2 Canisters are not returnable or exchangeable.

All returned products must be returned, unused, in the original condition and packaging, including all parts, accessories, and instructions. Please hold on to all packaging instruction manuals etc. until you are sure that you are happy with the correct size. If the vest has been worn and used, NO EXCHANGE WILL BE GIVEN.

Shipping, freight, service charges, hazardous charges, oversize fees, and drop ship fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer/retailer

RETURN FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM

The retailer and/or customer must contact customer service before shipping. Customer service may request pictures.

Shipping, freight, service charges, hazardous charges, oversize fees are all the responsibility of the retailer and/or customer.

The company at its sole discretion will determine if the product is covered under warranty. If the claim is not deemed a warranty claim, the customer/retailer will have the option to repair, replace, or have the vest returned to them.

The company at its sole discretion will determine if the vest is repairable or will be replaced.

The company may provide a loaner vest if available.

The company does not guarantee a turnaround time.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

SHIPPING RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail your product to 594 Rambling Drive Circle, Wellington, FL, US 33414.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
